Payment, Shipping & Returns

You can pay with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card by using the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option through PayPal.



Virgin Artisan Soaps ships within the USA this time. We will look into shipping to other countries in the future. You have the option of USPS and UPS as shipping carriers delivering to your home. Orders under 13 ounces delivered from USPS are delivered First Class, all other orders from USPS are delivered through Priority. All orders $75 or more, before tax, ship FREE (Continental U.S. only, our choice of carrier). We will ship your package within 3 days, once shipped please allow anywhere from 2-5 business days. 

Entering the wrong shipping adress will result in additional charges. Those charges will be whatever additional fees we are given from USPS or UPS. Please check your mailing information before your purchase!

A $2 handling fee is added to all phone, fax, or email orders.


Lost Package?

You will receive a tracking number via email. Once your package has been reported delivered to your home it is no longer our responsibility and we will not be held repsonsible for lost or stolen packages from that point on. If your package is lost during transit, an insurance claim can be filed 15 days after the day of shipment. Once that time has passed, we will file a claim and ship out a new package. As stated above, please make sure you have filled out your adress information correctly! We are not responsible for incorrect adresses.



Free returns or exchange for any of our products obtain from if the return is our error, such as you received the wrong product that you agreed to from your purchase order or by chance the product is defective. The product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days for a refund to your account or exchanging product X for product Y.

We do not take returns in cases where a customer's preference in scent or allergic reactions have taken place. We have all our ingredients listed on each product and trust our customers will know their bodies and sensitivities, knowing what ingredients to avoid when purchasing.

In case of damage to a product during shipmennt, it must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, with images of the box and product, for us to file an insurance claim with USPS or UPS. This will give us the sufficient claim to recover your investment so we can reship your new product. If that was the last one of that product, we can come up with a solution at that time.



Everything we offer through our website is made beforehand, but through clerical error we could have backorders. If we do have that problem, depending on what product it is, we will hold your order up to 7 days. If it is something that takes more time to produce, like a bar of soap, we will refund your money. 



Virgin Artisan Soaps is not responsible for any individual reactions to any ingredients in our products. Some people are allergic to natural ingredients. Please read the ingredient list provided under each product's description before purchasing to make sure you will have no reaction.

When in doubt, do an allergy patch test on your skin. This involves rubbing the product on a small amount of your skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation developes, discontinue use. The information on this website is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition nor to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional.
